Welcome to Clean & Clear Concepts, LLC. By using our website and booking our cleaning services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

## 1. Service Agreement

All services provided by Clean & Clear Concepts, LLC are based on the scope discussed during scheduling. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if the condition of the space significantly differs from what was described.

## 2. Access to Property

Clients are responsible for providing access to the property at the scheduled time. If access is not available or delayed, a cancellation or rescheduling fee may apply.

## 3. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, or other payment options communicated prior to service.

## 4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. A fee may apply for same-day cancellations or lockouts.

## 5. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with your cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours so we can resolve the issue. We strive for 100% satisfaction.

## 6. Liability

While we take great care during cleanings, Clean & Clear Concepts, LLC is not liable for pre-existing damage or improperly installed fixtures. Please notify us of any delicate items before service.
